Meet Our Comfort Keepers® Caregivers and Front Office
Our caregivers and front office are ready to provide your senior with leading home care.
Every member of our Comfort Keepers family is professional and well trained. From those who work in the office providing behind the scenes care for your loved one to those caregivers who provide hands-on care for your loved one, we carefully interview each candidate applying for a position in senior care with Comfort Keepers. We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best caregivers and office staff, and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our special brand of home care and become Comfort Keepers® caregivers and office staff. What truly sets our people apart, though, is their natural gift for caring for others.
All Comfort Keepers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.
Angela Ferrante has always been passionate about helping others, but it was her first-hand experience in finding quality care for her aging grandmother that made her realize the difference individualized care can make in the lives of seniors. In honor of her grandmother, Angela’s sole purpose is to help families keep their loved ones safe, independent, and active within their community.
What makes Angela the perfect fit for Comfort Keepers® is that her fervent dedication to helping seniors is coupled with years of diverse, professional experience. In addition to her extensive educational background in Business Administration and Management and Early Childhood Education, she has worked in the Emergency Medical Services as an EMT and has also provided clinical work at local hospitals and fire departments. All of these experiences have taught Angela that in-home care is certainly a necessity in the community.
Angela and her husband, Vince, have two girls that keep life exciting! Angela coaches indoor and outdoor soccer for both girls. During the summer, all four enjoy spending time at Mark Twain Lake with family.
Office Administrator and Recruiter
Natalie Hackmann, Office Administrator and Recruiter for Comfort Keepers in O’Fallon, has not only a fundamental appreciation for the lives of those around her, but also a sincere reverence for older generations. She also understands, from recent efforts in supporting her grandparents, how difficult it can be to find the right care at the right time. That’s why she is honored to be part of the process of providing peace of mind and comfort to families when they need it most.
Along with her compassion and personal connection to in-home care, Natalie brings both professional and community-focused experience to her role at Comfort Keepers. She recently received her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Lindenwood University, and has been a proud supporter of the Susan G. Komen Race for a Cure for several years. She also serves at the New Creation Presbyterian Church in Wentzville. As a lifelong member of her community and like others on the Comfort Keepers’ team, Natalie is driven by her desire to provide quality in-home care for seniors and other adults in O’Fallon and surrounding communities.
